Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
Due to the personal handcrafted nature of our beard and body care products we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges regardless of whether or not the product is unopened, as they cannot be re-sold to other customers.
We do not accept returns on apparel as we use a third party print-on-demand service and do not handle these orders directly.
Refunds
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your product, please reach out at support@wildstarbeardco.com. Please note that we will not issue refunds due to not liking the scent or finding it too strong/not strong enough. We follow strict IFRA guidelines to ensure that our products remain skin-safe so we cannot modify the strength of the fragrance.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the contents are damaged or items are missing please contact us within 7 days of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include pictures and a description of the issue via email.
